The technical paper can be written on any topic the student desires. The paper will be submitted Thursday night (Jan. 19th). The students will have 15 minutes to present their papers to a panel of judges, followed by 5 minutes of questions on Friday. The winners will be announced during the banquet Saturday evening.
The awards for the competition will be:
1st: $1000
2nd: $500
3rd: $250
